Succesful rush-time reception to city of Rauma

Hygga has an honour to create the pilot project of real-time resource management system for general healthcare sector. The first pilot project in Finland will take it’s place in rush-time reception of regional hospital of Rauma. The target of the project is to:

Improve customer experience by offering patients waiting for treatment a holding position beforehand
Relieve especially the control of rush-time by offering more transparent view of the situation for both clinic professionals and for management controlling the daily flow.

The city of Rauma already has verified Hygga’s resource management model to be efficient in their dental care sector. Now we are happy to expand our system also to general health care. Read more about Rauma’s journey with Hygga from here.
