Hygga Flow now at the Public Dental Service in Region Västernorrland!
Folktandvården in Region Västernorrland is now stepping on the train to transform from resource optimization to work with optimized patient flows. The transition is being made to better meet the challenges of keeping up with all patients with the resources available. The main goal is to reduce queues, increase accessibility and improve the working environment.
The model that focuses on optimizing patient flows is called Folktandvården Flex at the Folktandvården in Region Västernorrland. The model is supported by Hygga Flow, which enables flexible treatment times and offers patients the opportunity to get all needed treatments already during the first visit.
Frida Backman, Cecilia Berglind and Matilda Pettersson are all shift managers at Folktandvården Flex at the Centrum clinic.
Folktandvården Flex will start at the Centrum clinic in Sundsvall on 29 January and will initially work according to the model 3 days a week. Everyone is involved and a nervous anticipation now prevails at the clinic!
